This hotel was chosen for me from the mystery pick. I picked the stars and price then found out where I was staying. I have done this before and had incredible results. Not this time! My room was dirty. Bathroom floor sticky from hairspray, door handles, toilet paper holder, and towel bar coated with the same. Kitchen floor sticky as well. Baseboards were dusty, tv was old, remote was finicky, mattresses old, linens and room smelled like stale smoke, toilet seat old and worn, sofa dirty. No computer in lobby for guests so I could not print my boarding pass. Printer needed computer or other online capable hook up which I did not have. Hotel rules state that they are not allowed to assist with their computer for guests. That was a total inconvenience as I was traveling light and don't use a cell phone with an operating system that would allow me to print! On a positive note, the location was good and the staff was nice.

Was visiting with family in the area after driving all night before Thanksgiving called the hotel at 10am to state would like early check in & Tamie Front Desk was very accommadating with my request for early check in. Great location & room was more than expected. Tamie's hospitable attitude made my stay worthwhile.

I thought this was a great value for my money staff was friendly and helpful I was near my destination point and it was easy to find clean room with free pot of coffee was provided and the room was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

We had to check in late (11pm) and the overnight guy was rude about letting us in. Once we got to the room our girls fell right to sleep and at 12:30 as we are about to fall asleep we get a call from the front desk asking us to keep our kids quiet as there has been a complaint about us. No way it was us, as our daughters had been asleep for over an hour. Beds are REALLY hard! There were ants all over the room and the desk staff was hard to find. The good stuff.....nice to have a fridge, microwave, and oven in a hotel room. The staff during the day was really nice at the front desk (when we could find them).
