ok where do I start. The room was very small. Nothing like the pictures. The air conditioning unit cover was broken. we had no maid service. You had to pay an extra fee each day for that. We had to take our towels to the front desk to get clean ones. there was poor communication between the workers. i tried to take care of my bill but the front desk didnt know how to take care of it,so I was locked out of the room. I had spoken to two differnt people about needing to pay but it wasn't passed on. The hotel laundry room was very expensive. I would not reconmend this hotel. I wanted to check out but i already paid for the week and couldn't afford to move hotels. Also the daily breakfast was nothing more than muffins and coffee.

Hotel has many undesirable's staying there. the 1st night when I got there there were no non smoking rooms available. The lady at the desk was the best part about the stay. She was VERY helpful, she called a Residence Inn close by. I should have just paid the extra money and stayed there. I stayed there for 2 weeks while working in the area. Well lets just say that there are lots of folks that may be using that location for their residence. I really questioned if my stuff was safe in my room during the day. The bed was very hard, there wasn't enough pillows, and the walls were VERY thin. Each night I had to turn my TV on so I would hear the guy in the room next to me. This was my first experience with Extended Stay. Let's just say I will never do it again. Oh yeah and the location wasn't in the nicest area. Don't leave ANYTHING in your car.

Lots of bad activity at this place. I dont recommend for safety, nor for quality. I immediately checked out instead of 4 night stays, cut it short. Choose another hotel or risk getting robbed or more. very bad area as well as service.

Considering the other hotels close by, I was quite please with the price, location and aesthetics of this hotel. I just wished the office was 24hrs. Aside from that however, I did enjoy my stay at ESD. Also being able to prepare your own meal in the kitchen provided in the room is a big plus for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
