  This was a very good experience. The hotel was clean, the room looked newly redone, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was a little hard to find because it is hidden behind another hotel, but it is right by the mall and tons of restaurants.

  We always stay in Marriot hotels and generally we stay at Fairfield Inn's this is the worst one we have stayed at. The housekeeping is rude (they will run you and your small children over in the halls with their carts or expect you to hold doors for them to take out trash). Don't plan on getting your "free" breakfast, we would go down before 9 which is when breakfast is done and everything would be gone or put up...not everyone staying at these hotels is a buisness man who is gone by 6am. So if you are visiting family or on a family trip of somesort this is not a good hotel for that purpose. Next time we visit my Grandmother we will stay at another hotel in Saginaw or the Fairfield in Baycity. When she lived in Bay city that is where we stayed...it rocks. I guess I thought this Fairfield would be as good as that one.

  This is a great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and they provide 5 pillows!! It is located very close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely come back. Great value for the money!

  The hotel is great: clean, quiet, good location - especially if you're into shopping! the queen size beds were great - they provide 5 pillows (5!) per bed.
