My stay here was almost perfect! The staff was friendly, I got upgraded to a King Suite - far away from any interstate traffic noise, at no charge. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Someone put a lot of thought into the King Suite layout and amenities - very well designed and inviting! The hotel is not very far from either Downtown or the South Congress area for dining or entertainment. Either can be reached within a matter of minutes if you stay off of the freeway. The room was very quiet at night and the breakfast the next morning was adequate for my needs. A very good experience over-all.

Big E from Beaumont,Tx. Had to stay a week and planning to come back for 2 wks. more. I arrived on a sunday at 2 pm. room wasn,t ready, so the mgr. placed me in an suite for the same price. NICE,and very CLEAN and very COMFORTABLE. The staff were all very nice, greet you at the door with a smile. Great morning breakfast to start your busy day. The bed was awsome, i want one. The parking was really great as well. They have a really nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Free wifi. free news paper. I give them 100+. Now, the only downfall of the location is the constant nuisence of the passing homeless people, begging for money or smokes. maybe a fence around the hotel would help rid of this only problem.

The stay was great and the staff was as well. Clean and comfortable room and the breakfast was a nice surprise. My wife and I decided to take a trip to Austin one morning not realizing that UT had a big football game that Sat. All the hotels were booked and the manager gave us a great deal on a great room for the weekend. Every other Hotel that had rooms the managers wanted to jack up their prices for due to the game that Saturday. We will stay here again the next time we go to Austin. This hotel is located on the south part of Austin. Mins away from DT and rigth off of 35south so it was easy for us to make to San Marcos for some shopping. A Great value.

With so many options in the area, I feel lucky to have found this hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. I would definitely stay there again!
