I had to make a stop in Burley for a meeting and it was one of the nicest Fairfields I've ever been to. The rooms are clean and new, and the staff is super nice. They said hi to me and remembered my name when I came around. They recommended Stevo's for dinner just down the road, and I had the best potato fries I've ever had in my life (imagine that in Idaho, I know!). Breakfast was good and the hot tub was very relaxing. I slept well, probably because I had a nice room away from the highway. I do remember the meeting room temperature was off, but that's it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I travel a lot, and hotels are usually either a non-factor or they can ruin your trip. This was one of those rare cases where our hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff(from the front desk to the maids) was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a 32" flat screen TV. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. I've never had a hotel experience this good for less than $100. My 9 year old son even decided to write a thank you note to the staff and he gave it to them at checkout. He has a different judging criteria than I do(he loved the fresh waffles), but this just illustrates how pleasant and family friendly this hotel was. We will be back. Thank you.

The staff at this facility is extremely helpful and friendly. Not to mention the pool and hot tub were the perfect temp. and the breakfast was delicious. I was visiting my mother who is very sick, and this paticular hotel made me feel like everything was going to be okay... with the smiles and greetings to the cleanliness and design of the room i felt like i was at home:) Thank you Fairfield Inn and Suites for being the best home away from home.

The staff was very good in receiving. the only problem was that there was only cable internet available and the wi-fi was not available.
