02/05/2011The hotel was in a very easy to find location. concierge was helpful and gave us a free appetizer voucher for a local restaurant. pool and hot tub were nice!

Hotel is a little tricky to find even with GPS. More signage needed on the main road. Check-in was uneventful as was check-out. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. In room coffee maker was 4 cup pot, but filter pack was for a 10-12 cup pot - made for some very strong coffee. Continental breakfast was very good.

inadequate facilites for those who need a little extra help

this hotel basically does not have facilities for the handicapped. with a number of surgeries over the past few years I need a bathroom with a higher stool, grab bars, etc. the only handicapped facility this hotel has is a room with a queen bed!! now, how does a senior couple get by one queen bed? so, they put us in a standard room, with two beds. the bathroom is very small and could not possibly accomodate a person assisting another person with a shower. the commode is just a few inches off the floor--very difficulty for a 75 year old with an artificial knee and with fused discs in the back.. I will be back at ann arbor for football games but will never ever stay at this hotel again.
