  My stay at Fairfield INN in Lewisville, SUCKED. I booked a king room, when I get there they gave me a double queen. Then they tried to fix it and gave us a king handicap. I'm not handicap, I'm glad they do have handicap rooms but they shouldnt have given me it. Then at 7:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off. I went to the lobby and they said they put something in the microwave that was not microwave safe, it took them 45 minutes to shut the alarm off. I will never stay here again.

  We had to travel to Texas for a family emergency and we found this hotel through AOL travel at the last minute. It was very clean and quiet with a nice breakfast. We would stay again.

  We had to travel to Texas for a family emergency and we found this hotel through AOL travel at the last minute. It was very clean and quiet with a nice breakfast. We would stay again.

  We were visiting relatives so weren't in the room much. still, it was quite comfortable & very clean. the staff was helpful & very friendly.

  We enjoyed our stay. The employees were very nice and attentive. Bed was very comfortable. Two things I would improve and bring the rating to "excellent": the towels are too thin and the sink/dressing area is way too small for more than one person. Otherwise, very good. The location is very easy for getting to Dallas and to the airport, and shopping, movie, and restaurants nearby. Price very good with Travelocity. I would definitely stay here again.
