The bathroom sink fixture was difficult to operate. The toilet plumbing was noisy and the seat was made for midgets. I was charged for room safe use when I didn't request it and didn't use it. Had to request adjustment at checkout. Otherwise all was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the cleaning folks. The pool was dissapointing. It was pretty small and NO hot tub. The water was very cold and we had our 2 yr old that could not handle the water temp. However, when we asked the front desk if their were any way to heat the pool up they called maintenance right away and within minutes the pools heater was turned up. Do feel that the price for the room was too high. Comparable hotels in the area were cheaper. But again, could not beat the friendlyness of the entire staff!!

Solid 3 star hotel, clean and friendly. The only negatives were very heavy clorine in the pool and the price. Shopping for price in this area is difficult and $* a night for a 3 star hotel is outragous.

07/25/2010Staff was very nice and helpful but the room was old and inneed of an update, computer was broken and mini fridge was very old and beet up.

Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel. It was a little on the pricey side, but the room was spacious and clean! The beds were a little firm, but large and comfy. The pool was a good size, and the exercise room had several machines and weights. I was most impressed with the size of the continental breakfast. There was so much to choose from! Waffles, cereals, all kinds of breads and pastries, it was great! The only complaint I have is the Wifi internet connection was unreliable and slow. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel!
