Our daughter is a sophomore at High Point University and we have stayed at this hotel over 20 nights in the last 1 1/2 years. Any problems that we have had, have been straightened out immediately. So glad that they have gone non smoking since smoke can carry from smoking to non smoking rooms. Staff is excellent. Baked cookies are pleasant surprise on certain afternoons-should have them every afternoon! Wish breakfast had better variety of hot foods for those that don't eat meat. Suites are awesome: fridge and microwave, sofabed in separate area with tv and very well decorated.
