We have stayed at a number of Fairfield inns across Texas. This particular inn had the most friendly and help full staff. The desk help went out of their way to answer questions. I was there to run the marathon on Sunday and the staff had prepared an information sheet and goodie bags for us to take, to go, in case we were short on time . The room was very nice and the property was up to date and well taken care of. The breakfast had a lot to choose from including, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, pre packaged sandwiches and other good stuff.

I came to town with my boyfriend's sister for my boyfriend's Air Force BMT graduation and was looking for a hotel closer to downtown that we could relax in when we could head off base. I have never had a better hotel experience...his sister and i were required to be on base very early in the morning and therefore would cause us to miss breakfast. The hotel management opened the breakfast early two mornings for us so we could grab something to eat before we had leave. Then, one morning, we didn't have hot water for showers. I mentioned it to the front desk before leaving for the day and by the time we had gotten back that night, not only was it fixed, but I had a hand written note from the Manager apologizing for the inconvenience, along with a bag of snacks and a coupon for a free movie! They went above and beyond any expectations and I will definitely be staying at the same hotel just because of the excellent service I received last time around.

The hotel was great!!! The customer service was wonderful. We stayed on the 1st floor close to the indoor pool which made it great for the kids, the room was clean the beds were comfortable. Parking is free so use it& instead get the trolley so that you can go to the riverwalk. The breakfast was great the lady serving was so nice. Definetly planning on staying here again. Oh watch out if you're in the pool area the floor is slippery when wet, I fell so just be careful.

The staffs in this hotel are really friendly, and they do the best they can to fulfill your needs. Breakfast area is a little small, so as the room. Location is ok, very close to the highway to Sea World and Six Flags. I would recommend it to my friends.
