Enjoyed touring city from this location. Staff very helpful and earnest to please. Loved the + 15 enclosed walkways -great for cold snowy or rainy days-that crisscross most of the downtown area.l Plan to return and will consider this hotel again.

Loved the One Bedroom Family Suite we stayed in November 2009, spacious and the end, corner room provided a walk onto balcony. Stay on the Northside of the building for a better view than downtown building and the street. The view from west to east...Olympic Park ski jump (with binoculars), University of Calgary on a hill, Bow River in the valley and watch the cranes load construction equipment to the top of two skyrisers under construction. Business Center was never fully occupied, usually no one else there. Restaurant has great food and is never crowded.
