This fee includes use of high speed internet accessed through your in-room iMac computer; unlimited use of beach chaise lounge chairs, unlimited use of Fontainebleaus 5,800 square foot, state of the art exercise facility with views of the ocean and the resorts free-form pool; unlimited toll-free and local calls made from your room (prefixes 305, 954, and 786); and daily newspaper delivery.

While the hotel was beautiful and my young adult children enjoyed the trip - it was not worth the $ paid for the hotel. I expected Miami to be expensive however the fine print for the hotel is that they charge you $* per night for a breakage fee which no-one told us in advance. As such for my two rooms for 4 nights, the hotel told us at check-in that we had to have an additional $* held on our credit card for damages. I wish someone had let me know this before the vacation started - makes me wonder what sort of people are staying at the hotel! The room was nice - but it was too noisy- a lot of people were sleeping in the hallways which was surprising given the rates that the hotel charges. Would never go back to the hotel I would not go back to the hotel and do not recommend it.

While visiting a friend in Florida, we decided to mix it up and stay at the famous 5 Star hotel, Fountainebleau. It was the worse two days of a much needed vacation from snow Hell. Their customer service is terrible. We had a printed confirmation which they could not find when they detained us at the front desk for 3 hours. Finally had to rebook at a higher cost to us and they would not honor a $* credit which was supposed to be included with the two night deal. After everything they put us through, you would think that they would want to make the experience better by honoring the $* credit and at least offer to pay for the parking. Paying for parking in Miami Beach is beyond acceptable. when your paying the very high cost to stay there. I will never go back to this hotel and will encourage anyone not to stay there. The pool was beautiful and was the only part we enjoyed.. Restaurants were awful as well. They lost our bags when we were checking out which was another nightmare. OMG.......

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - horrible - horrible - horrible They couldn't find my reservation (it seems that reservations are made by a third party - which no one tells you) They wouldn't honor my printed confirmation rate or the $* credit which could be used for the parking fee. The "customer service" was unbelieveably non existant - they kept claiming that "they" weren't responsible for the reservations even though they hired this third party. We had to make new reservations until the situation got straightened out and even though the new reservation was made on a hotel phone (extention number provided by the front desk - the actual new reservation was thru expedia!!!! Desk friendly - NO Room service quick - NO Overall hotel experience meet my standards - NO!! I've stayed in 5 Star hotels across the world and I would never go back to the Fontainebleau!!! I'd get better service at a Holiday Inn

This is my third time back to the Fontaine in as many months, last trip there my room was a bit naff and I was a little miffed with the Front Desk so I wrote a note and I have to say the Fontaine bent over backwards to accommodate and prove that this was a one off.. This hotel really is a great place; they have got it right.... Great Food, Great Music, Swanky surroundings, and fabulous cross section of guests...... it's not cheap, but if you want a great time as opposed to a good time... this is your place.

This was a beautiful hotel and I had a nice room. The problems were: 1. all the lights would not come on in the room; 2. they did not restock the in-room bar and food refrigerator even once in the 7 days that I stayed there; 3. Room was hot in a funny way that did not respiond to airconditioning, and so I was left in the bed with sweaty legs!
