  Excellent location - very close to Ca D'Ora vaporetto stop and a traghetto to the Rialto Market at the front door.. Nicely appointed rooms and baths as well as public rooms. Great views from the rooms on the canal and/or the rooftop deck. Excellent buffet breakfast.

  What we enjoyed most was the location of the Foscari Palace on the Grand Canal. The view from the rooftop was wonderful. We particularly liked to watch the morning activity when all the deliveries were being made. Our room was a bit small, but adequate. The shower was very small and somewhat uncomfortable. I would think a large person would find it difficult to use. Breakfast was very good and a good start to a busy day. The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions. We would stay again and recommend to friends.

  We stayed at the gonzaga suite with two big balconies facing the grand cannal.
  it was really delightfull.

  Great location, very clean and very helpful staff. Hotel's wonderful rooftop terrace has magnificent views of the Canal (especially at night). The American style buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Our room was very clean, with all the modern amenities. The location of the hotel (literally around the corner from the vaporetto stop) made it convenient for getting around. The traghetto and gondola station is located directly outside the front door. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay at there again without hesitation.
