The hotel looks very nice and the rooms were beautiful. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. There are plenty of options for food in the area. The only negative item was the sliding bathroom door which looked cool but did not provide much privacy.

This was our first time in Florida ever. This hotel went out of there way to make things wonderful. Rooms are very nice, LCD TV in rooms. I forgot a shirt my daughter gave me for Christmas and they mailed it back to me. This hotel is about 20 mins or so from Jacksonville beaches. Very easy to get too. Just take highway to hwy 202 and follow posted markings. Turn left at the end and all the beaches are on the right of the road. Just take and side road to the right and find free parking and enjoy your stay. Have fun. I would do this trip again. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location next to many places to eat and close to shopping. I had requested a crib in our room before our arrival and it was there when we checked in. The room was very clean and had a nice set up. Excellent continental breakfast with lots of options. The front desk staff late at night was very poor. When we checked in he was asleep on one of the chairs in the back of the lobby and I had to say something in order to wake him up to check me in. The cleaning people did not speak english and proceeded to clean our room while we were in it at 3:00 in the afternoon. We had been gone all day but our room wasn't cleaned until the late afternoon every day.
