Parking was interesting. I guess they let you long-term park for the airport, but those cars all seemed to be at the front of the hotel lot. The back door to the hotel wasn't what I consider a traditional back door. Walk up one flight to get to the first floor and then take the elevator from there. Not bad, just different.

Dont waste your time and money.

The place was clean and the beds were ok, but, the rooms are way too small. We stayed with our two children and we could barely move about the room without bumping into each other or the furniture. It is advertised as close to Boston. It is not! We had to wait an average of 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the subway. The room blinds do not close so we had a light from the parking lot shining into the room each night. Not to mention the lack of a microwave or fridge in the room. Would be more family friendly if those were in the room. Next time I will spend the extra money and stay at Embassy Suites.

01/08/2011Great location, excellent staff. parking can be a bit of a hassel but there is always space in the back. rooms are clean and comfortable.

Too Far from Airport and public transportation

This hotel is said to be the Sheraton Boston Logan. It is 15 minutes from the airport by hotel shuttle and also 15 minutes from the nearest subway stop. It takes even longer by bus. This makes it very inconvenient to use public transportation to the downtown. Other than that, it was fine.

This is a Dated, Old property
09/04/2010Everything is old and barely working.. old bathroom and fixtures, old carpet, tired wall papers .. and 20 year old tvs every where. why would you spend your $*+ here ?
