My husband, daughter, and myself stayed at Four Points Times Square for 3 nights. Staff was very helpful throughout the whole stay. Concierge knowledgeable, front desk very efficient and polite. A great swanky rooftop bar. Room was very clean, however, very small. But as we all know that is to be expected in NYC. Right across from Port Authority, but found it to be very quiet. Location a wonderful, eclectic neighborhood, and only several blocks from Times Square, subways, etc... Would recommend.

The hotel is in a little less than desirable location but we were not afraid to walk to and from the hotel. The staff and rooms were wonderful with the most comfortable beds! The hotel is near all of the action in Times Square and there are many dining places within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and smoke free as promised. My daughter, granddaughter and I will definitely be back at Christmas, and we will stay at the Four Points.

Our hotels was very nice. The really BAD part was that when we received our bill from the hotel, which was prepaid, it was for $*. What I prepaid to Travel website was $*dollars. When I called Travel website to complain they said it was the hotels fault for , get this, giving me the bill!!!!! I would stay at the same hotel, but I will certainly not use Travel website again!
