  The first room I was put in (8/16-8/18/2010) was okay but that it reeked of cat urine (I assume that's what it was). While the staff was rather cold, they moved me without question to another room that didn't smell (though the person that helped me must have said five times I needed to move right away, even though I said I would the first time). Rating both rooms: * They were rather worn, i.e. very worn out cabinets, chairs, and TV (but the most important thing was excellent: mattress). * Also, it seems odd to have to pay extra for Internet access these days, though Four Seasons isn't alone in this for higher end hotels. On the positive side, the rooms were otherwise very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. I believe they are building a new one, but this really doesn't merit the Four Seasons reputation. I'll be staying around the corner next time.
