This was the first time my husband and I have stayed in someone's condo - and what a great experience - no more dingy motel/hotel rooms for us!!! The condo was clean, the bed very comfortable, linens were very clean and smelled fresh. We had all the comforts of home and saved a great deal of money being able to eat most of our meals in the condo which was within walking distance of a lot of shopping, including groceries (Whole Foods, Smiths). The condo was very quiet - could hear no traffic or neighbor noise at all. You have to pick keys up at another property - but directions are easy to follow. make sure you have a cell phone with you when you arrive at the key pick-up location because you have to call and get a code to enter into a box. It's easy as long as you have a cell phone or call before you arrive to get the code.

We were pleasantly surprised with our accomodations. The location was awesome. It's right next door to some great shopping and restaurants. It's also super close to Utah's Olympic Park and the shopping outlets. It doesn't have air conditioning, but we were able to cool down the place by opening our windows. There is a garage and the place was exceptionally clean. We liked it so much that we looked at how much it was to buy there. All in all, we really enjoyed staying at the Fox Point.

Staying in someone's condo was a new concept for us and details were not communicated well. Once we figured out where and how to check in we were off to a better start.
The location was great! It was positioned directly across from the Olympic Park which offered immediate sight seeing opportunity and activity. In addition, it had it's own little twon with grocery store, fast foods, restaurants, shops, and more within walking distance that offered great scenery.
We had anticipated to be closer to the mountains however there are several properties that offer this set-up in the area.
The condo itself was nice but the garage stunk terribly and the smell would not seem to disappear. The cleanliness of our condo was not the best - the floors in the kitchen were sticky and little ammenities available such as towles and soap. Having a rental and the ability to park it inside a garage was nice however without a garage door opener it was very cumbersome to lock up and leave each time.
The concept of a condo over a hotel room was great though. To have more than one room, the option to cook something yourself, do a load of laundry if staying awhile - was great and the only way to go!
