We were given only one key per room regardless of how many guests were there. Ants got in our luggage in the room and managment would not spray until we insisted they do so. Our room was never serviced - if we wanted clean towels we had to make our way during open hours to the front desk. The desk manager was terrible and not at all helpful. Traveler Beware...

We stayed here for one night mainly to go shopping at the outlets. The furnishings are a little old, but the room was clean and quite. We weren't expecting a 5 star hotel, so we pretty much got what we paid for. Would stay here again due to its convenient location.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and we ended up checking out a day early. The rooms were dirty (the rug needed cleaning, hair in tub, and no towels in room), and that staff didn't know what they were doing.
