This hotel was fantastic for the price. We were two families (four adults) traveling with four kids under 4 years old. The suites with the bunk beds were wonderful. The hotel staff were very welcoming of the kids and made them feel special. The front desk staff went out of their way many times to do nice things for the kids. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. It was so helpful to have the hot breakfast in the hotel, as part of the price. We will go back to this hotel.

I stayed here in late October with my family. There were six of us and we booked the family friendly room which gave us all plenty of room. I am known as a hotel snob and let me tell you this place was perfect!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and the contential breakfast was the best I've ever had. The hotel sets off the highway and it convient to all activites. I will definatley return in the future!!

The hotel is very nice, clean, and well appointed. Our room was wonderful - with four adults and two kids, the bunkbeds were just the thing. The hotel is close to most attractions, and much less expensive than surrounding properties. Our one complaint was the quality of the complimentary breakfast. Although the variety of items available was good, the setup was not. The breakfast area was in a meeting room with large tables only, no small tables for groups of four or less. The buffet was in a cramped area, not easily accessible for diners. There is not a pool and spa on the property, but you do have access to that area in an adjacent hotel. The property is a "work in progress" as mentioned by the manager, and we would likely come back when we are in the Glenwood Springs area again.

Best value in town; staff was friendly and extremely helpful; continental breakfast and managers reception fabulous; situated next to river with easy access to downtown Glenwood and hot springs pool; flat screen TV and cozy room made this a great weekend getaway. We'll definitely stay again!
