  The rooms are substandard to being clean. Had to buy own cleaning supplies in order for the room to be livable. Dirty bathroom and linens. Wound up leaving after NO cooperation with hotel manager and no call back after check out as promised.

  for the price this place can not be beat. good location right off the highway and next to the mall.close to minnesota state mankato, great for parents and visitors. big backyard area with a basket ball hoop and playground bbq grill. i had a dog and she loved running around the back yard.our room was perfect, i love having a kitchen and cooking meals rather than eating out, and i know my son likes when i visit and can make him a home cooked meal. great selection of breakfast items, mini convienience store/vending area and they even have a pizza maker you can use.

  I stayed a night between two business meetings. The location is very convenient. I was treated professionally and told there was brewed coffee 24 hours -- and they serve real cream! The set up of the rooms is comfortable. Work space. Kitchen. Great seating. Clean, fresh, spacious. Wireless and cat5 internet in the rooms. Green grass and trees out the windows. I'll be back!

• Best Hotel Stay Ever

  We were so impressed-staff was super nice and the rooms are huge. right by the mall, can't wait to come back. really a perfect stay.
