  My friend and I stayed at the Gratz Park Inn in April of 2009. We were there for Keeneland. We found it to be very nice - clean, comfortable, good location. Nicely decorated also. The only thing we found was that the price was a little high ($* per nite) but we were still satisfied.

  I had stayed in this hotel about five years ago; very comfortable and well run. They must have changed ownership since then. It is now run down with dirty carpet, cracked vanity marble, stained furniture, and a day time front desk staff that is just smiles. Any linen stains and you buy the sheet or towel. They just hope you can not take it with you! Great way to end your stay and stock your linen closet at home. My two night stay cost over *
