The hotel was clean. The male front desk clerk and male manager(?) were not friendly when checking in and I had to track someone down(male manager?) because the keys were not programmed - although the male manager pointed out that they WERE already programmed. The front desk female clerk was very friendly and helpful!

I had to take my mother to have Surgery from another state due to her Doctor is here in Nevada. This was our first stay at the Hampton. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bedding and beds excellent. When I brought her back to the hotel it was very quiet in the rooms, so she was able to rest before returning home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will continue to stay there when we have to come back to town.
