I have stayed here many times while visiting family in the area, and it is a decent place to stay for the money, and I appreciate the fact that i can bring my dog. But last time I was there, the staff at the breakfast/lobby area kept up a running shouting match about their personal lives, you could not watch the news , have a conversation or read your paper for the racket. The clerk at the desk seemed annoyed/embarressed about all the comments but he did nothing about it. Granted, a pet-friendly low cost hotel is not going to be five star but they need to train their people. I was there for my grandson's graduation and got permission for him and his brother & sister to use the pool for a few hours that afternoon, but while we were there a staff member challenged their right to be there.I'm not planning on staying there again if I can do better for less than $* a night.

We had 2 rooms. was very clean and comfortable. We really did enjoy the rooms. THey were pleasent to spend time in. It seemed quiet to us. Lots of eating places close by. access to interstate was right there and easy on and off. Front desk personnel were very friendly and pleasent. We most certainly would stay there again. The rooms seemed to be very fresh in finish and decor.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and there were dirty towels on the floor. The second room I was given was right next to the pool. The problem with that is there was about 10-15 people having a party down at the pool. There was beer cans everywhere and it was only 6pm. They were very loud and I refused to sit and listen to that all night so I went back to the front desk and told them to refund my money I wouldn't be staying. The man working the desk assured me my room was cancelled and I'd not get charged, but I did get charged. When I called the hotel today to get my money back they couldn't find my information in the computer (of course not it was cancelled) and now I have to wait for the general manager to call me back.

They allow drinking by the pool, no complimentaries, bethroom real small, double rooms very little room to move around, complimitary breakfast was not very good, don't stay here if you have kids, could not find fitness room, unknown if they have one.
