  I don't normally comment on hotels, but I was very pleased with the Hampton Inn and can recommend it to those who just want a good place to stay at a good price. It is a lttle difficult to find if you have not been there before.

• A pleasant stay

  We have stayed with Hampton Inns in the past, and this one was almost as good as our usual experience. The room was comfortable and my daughter enjoyed her sofa bed, although when it was open it was difficult to use the desk chair. The free internet was a big plus and we had no problems with it. The bathroom counter was small, too small for three toiletry bags, but the shower was nice. The breakfast buffet, normally our favorite part, was good but not great. The orange juice was watery two of the three mornings, and the biscuits were a little crunchy. The bagels, muffins, and hot dishes were delicious though. I especially loved the smoked sausage and the biscuits and gravy. The staff was mostly out of sight but we didn't need much. The rooms were quiet except for the fact that we inadvertently stayed during the RoT Rally and motorcycles were revving in the parking lot all night long. But the room itself was quiet and comfortable. The location was great to everywhere we needed to go in Austin. We would likely stay there again.

  For the price... this is a great hotel. the rooms are clean, bed extremely comfy, clean bathroom, great free breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. with a weekend rate of $100 ...

  For the price... this is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, bed extremely comfy, clean bathroom, great free breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. With a weekend rate of $100 a night, it was a pleasant stay. I decided to stay an additional night and they let me keep my same weekend rate instead of charging me the higher rate. A lot of problems with the credit card style keys to the room. They are very sensitive and I had to keep getting new keys to enter my room. That was very annoying but overall great stay.
