  The desk clerk was confused on how to handle our travel agency reservation. She charged the room to our credit card even though it had already been paid for through the travel agency. She did not enter our room number correctly into the computer and our room was re-booked to someone else which resulted in people walking into our room as we were getting settled. Thankfully we were decent but embarrassing for them and us. Our keys did not work almost every time we tried and we had to go back to the front desk to have them corrected. (And yes, we took special care to make sure they did not touch our cell phones) Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The staff was very apologetic with each incident, but by the end of our 3 night stay we vowed to never return to that particular motel.

  Very clean, great location and staff was excellent. not to mention the outstanding complimentary breakfast. it far exceeded my expections.
