This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It is very convenient to JFK but not fun to get to Manhattan and the staff or anyone in the area we asked was not familiar with how to use a car to get around. They did however know all about the transit system which is helpful if you need. I would stay again if I had a need to stay in Queens or utilize JFK airport.

I found the room very clean and comfy. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast went on and on. There was a little shop in the attached hotel that had a lot of necessities and snacks. The exercise room was more than adequate. The only down note was that the bar cafe was not so spiffy. The food was good and the waitress nice, but it didn't seem that many people came in to eat. The restaurant, also in the attached hotel was empty.

The hotel was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. We caught the shuttle to the airport where we could take the airtrain to the subway. They stored our luggage while we went sightseeing during the day, then we picked it up for a late flight. I left a blazer in the room, but they were quickly able to find it for me. They gave good service, but no one seemed to be expecting a tip for doing their jobs.

My husband and I had to take our daughter morning. Given that we don't know our way around NY and anticipating that JFK could be quite busy, we stayed at this hotel the night before. We were very happy with our stay especially if one consider the price for a one night stay. Athough the room was not very spacious, the beds were very, very comfortable and the beddings and pillows clean. The bathroom was decent. Breakfast was simple but quite sufficient for us who do not eat big breakfast anyway. The hotel shuttle took us to and from JFK and the driver was nice and friendly. We plan to stay there again when our daughter comes back from overseas.
