  The Hotel double billed us. We had already paid for the room via a on line website then I notice a *** charge directly from the hotel. It spent approximately 20 minutes on the phone with the on line website to get it sorted out (time is $) The bathrooms were noisy. There was a fan going and you could not turn it off. When we asked to have someone come look at it. They sent the maid. The maid said It is the same throughout the Hotel. We switched rooms hoping for little more peace, but it was the same in both rooms. Peace and quiet is very important to us when we travel, therefore we wont be staying at this Hotel again. Oh...Did I mention, We were celebrating our 19th wedding Anniversary!

  Would stay again. Bedding clean. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Area seemed safe. Was quite a distance from Oakland airport, where we flew into, so the taxi ride was a bit pricey. Rented a car the next day, should have rented the night we flew in, even though it was late.

  My family were real please with the service that we got from all the employees we had contact with. they were very friendly. my daughter loved that the swimming pool ...

  My family were real please with the service that we got from all the employees we had contact with. They were very friendly. My daughter loved that the swimming pool was heated and she could go swimming in March. Will be staying alot at this hotel because we do visit the Bay Area alot(family,baseball games,Concerts,etc.) we plan on staying at the Hampton in Hayward when ever in town

  I brought my daughter to the Hampton for an overnight stay while visiting family. Clean, nice rooms. Friendly staff. But, this hotel is located in a neighborhood that I wouldn't go out after 7:00 p.m. A little scary.
