  My family stayed in this hotel recently for 3 nights during our stay in Pensacola. The hotel is in a great location with many stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean and the pool was a nice temperature. My only complaint was the noise level from a group of basketball players that chose to run the hallways all hours of the night, yelling and pounding on each other's doors. I called the front desk and complained after listening to it for a couple hours. The front desk had complaints from other guests as well. A person working there immediately went up to ask the group to quiet down. The next day, the manager apologized to my family, docked the first night from our bill, gave us a gift box filled with treats (which my children loved), and hand wrote an apology letter. I was happily surprised with the measures that this hotel took to keep us content and comfortable. I will most definitely stay at this hotel again!
