  We were in Richland for a wedding and stayed at the hotel for 5 days over the 4th of July. We had a balcony/river view room. It was very pleasant to sit and observe the goings on! The hotel is next to a park and walking trail right on the river. Beautiful location! It is a very short drive to the Pasco airport. The room was spacious and immaculate. Housekeeping does an excellent job! The breakfast crew kept everything replenished and even was willing to give waffle making lessons to those of us who were "challenged" in this area. Excellent selection of breakfast items. The front desk was beyond helpful- giving us suggestions on where to eat, what to see, printed directions to the airport and wineries to visit. We needed wedding clothes pressed and they had it returned to us in a few hours! They also collected the wedding parties tuxes and had them at the desk for us to return the day after the event. We were able to use their computer center to print out our boarding tickets. They also have a free shuttle to the airport so we did not need to pick up and drop off people all weekend. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. Kudos to the staff and management. We will book again !!!

  Had a wonderful time at the Hampton. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, the pool was nice, the breakfast was good. The hotel was located in a perfect spot... near restaurants, the walkway by the river was great, and the park is lovely in the fall. The hotel was quiet, the staff very friendly and accomodating.

  We took our 4 kids ranging in age from 12-1 for a three day stay at this hotel. The pool was open 24 hours, we brought our bikes to bike the trail along the river and they let us keep the bikes in the hotel. We had a great view of the Columbia River that ran right behind the hotel and were treated to an awesome view of sunsets and a full moon. The breakfasts were great and served until 10:00 for our sleepy heads who stayed up late swimming in the pool. I would recommend this hotel over and over again!!

  Great location. Friendly, professional staff. Very quiet with plush pillow top beds & real down comforters. Overlooks the Columbia River & nearby park. The mini-suites are big and very well layed out & for $ * are the best value. Perfect for our long term stay.
