I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Richmond, and everything about it is wonderful - ease of access and reliability and consistency .... I'm so glad it's there. The new fluorescent light bulbs in the rooms are a great green idea, but I would recommend different fixtures so that the lampshades can be drawn down or turned to create indirect light. As it is, the lights shine directly into the eyes of guests and the bulbs are very bright! Just a suggestion to make a great hotel even better!

Two nights in this reliable hotel went well; my few complaints are minor. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, the room quiet, the bathroom nice, and the staff made an effort to be accommodating. Minuses included a very slight cigarette smell and lack of a microwave oven, which I thought should be included for the higher than average room rate here. Breakfast had all the usual items, but the hot food was limited to premade waffles one morning, with what looked like slices of summer sausage, and interesting discs of egg the next. The breakfast area was a bit small and crowded with soccer players after a while. Still, I would recommend this hotel if it meets your price and location requirements. They could use a sign visible from Broad Street; you'll easily ride right by it the first time.

The staff at this facilitie is awsome. we have been their three times in the last four months to relocate with our company and find housing David is the most friendly and patient person I have ever met thanks for making our stays the best they could be we will recomend this place to anyone who needs to stay in the glenn allen area
