This hotel is a significant upgrade over the accomodations available at the Holiday Inn (located nearby). The hotel is cleaner, the high-speed internet access is more reliable, and the breakfast offering is better.The staff is outgoing and the facilities include an ELEVATOR to the second floor (not available at Holiday Inn). I have recommended this hotel to all my colleagues who travel to Rutland for business and pleasure.
