Our first stay at this Hampton was completely positive. We were attending graduation ceremonies at Lackland AFB and found the hotel to be quite convenient for going back and forth (about 10 minutes on the 410 w/normal traffic).The hotel staff, without exception, was courteous and helpful. The Wednesday night pizza buffet as well as the daily breakfasts were generous. Rooms were clean and linens plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

I like Hampton Inns, but probably would not stay here again. -

We checked in late after driving all night. The sheets smelled dirty. We sleep on the comforter. Next morning my son noticed ticks crawling in the pillow case. Also, the bottom of my white socks were black from walking on the carpet. Room and linens should be cleaned properly. Informed front desk, they gave credit for the nights stay. Will never stay at this resort again!!!
