I've been to many hotels, this one had the most friendly staff from check in to check out. The rooms were larger than most, VERY clean and comfortable. The in-room WIFI was the fastest I've ever seen at a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The beds came with down pillows (which I am allergic to), I called the front desk and with in 5 minutes they were up and had replaced them with large fluffy cotton pillows. Also, they had a large continental breakfast- I almost always pass them up, but my husband tried and said everything was very clean, fresh and tasty- I caved and went for a try, he was right! There were only a few downfalls to this hotel. One was the very small parking lot with even smaller parking spaces. The other was the surrounding area, it wasn't good at all, but the hotel did a great job making myself and my family feel very safe! We got an amazing price for a Excellent hotel!

I planned this weekend for the purpose of taking my family to Sea World. The hotel is right off the 5 fwy, easy to find. First impression was good. Staff was warm and friendly, offered plenty of suggestions for the area. The pool was clean and inviting so we immediately headed down. The room was suprisingly large and nicely furnished to include a fridge, microwave, and an iron. Since I had to finish up some business, the desk and free wifi came in handy! The lobby is big, inviting, and has several kinds of coffee 24hrs a day, they also have 2 computers with printers.The kids and I went swimming everyday, the pool was clean and heated. Every morning we enjoyed a free hot breakfast with waffles and unlimited coffee, tea, and oj. It's not the best breakfast you ever had but it will definitely save you some dough. The hotel is like one exit away from Sea World and the Sports Arena. I even got to workout in their gym. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have kids, we had 2 queens and a pull out couch and adequate space for a family with kids! Overall, this was a great place to stay with a warm friendly staff!!

Stayed one night in Augus with 2 grandsonst. Friendly and helpful staff. The room, exercise room and pool were clean, as were hallways and breakfast area. Beds were comfy, I wasn't bothered by the noise of the train, my husband said he heard it once during the night. Ear plugs are in the nightstand if needed. It was close enough to the port that we walked the 3 blocks and another block away was the USS Midway. We used the airport shuttle the next a.m. Breakfast was good for a continental type. We walked down to Denny's for dinner. Not much of a place to look at but food was good, plentiful and didn't break the bank. There are several other places to eat within walking distance.

Took the wife & kids for a weekend trip to Seaworld & other attractions. Stayed @ this hotel & had a great time. Staff was nice, the place looked great, the room was clean, beds were comfy & had no trouble finding parking. The location of the place was great, 5 mins from Seaworld, lots of places to eat & shop within a 1 mi. radius. Sure there a few gentelmen's clubs but waht do you expect, it's close to the Airport. Would DEFINITELY stay here again...

There were pros and cons to staying here, PROS: The breakfast was amazing and the beds were comfy and our room was very clean. CONS: It was hard to find the hotel,the parking was horrible we had to drive around for close to a half hour just to get a parking spot and then we were told to park in the dennys parking lot across the street, let me remind you that the neighborhood is not a good neighborhood at all so we were very worried about our vehicle being parked in a area where something may happen to it. Our room was mildewy smelling and it smelt like smoke and mildew combined and the toilet leaked periodically. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.
