Ice machine not working on my floor, Sauna & hot tub both out of order. Evening staff appologised but but offered no solution after learning I needed the spa for my back. I learned the next day from the day manager that they could have upgraded me to a spa room, (nice to know after the fact).

This hotel was easy to find off of I-40. The room was clean and very inviting. The Krispy Kreme in front of the hotel was out of business, my husband said it was because of the breakfast that the hotel served! It was great! They had items from cereal to hot biscuits and sausage. We reserved our room the day before arriving and we arrived around 10:30pm, they held our reservation even though they had several people asking for rooms when we arrived.

09/06/2006My husband and i truly enjoyed our stay here. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.
