Recently stayed overnight and found the facitlity excellent. It is relatively new and everything is in pristine condition. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My glasses case went missing following my visit so I phoned the hotel to see if I had left it in the room. They said nothing had been turned in but they would look again and call me back the next day. I wasn't expecting a call back but they did call and informed me that the glasses had been found. I asked if they could send the case back to me via Fedex and they said no problem. I offered to give my credit card number for the charges but they said they would cover the shipping. I really appreciated the extra effort and service they provided. This truly a first class establishment.
