okay but RUDE staff member

room was okay, the "down" comforter had balls of "down" throughout it and was lumpy. Some rooms had just been painted and smelled very strongly of oil-based paint. Couldn't stand the smell and as I have asthma, requested another room apologetically. The check-in attendant was extremely rude upon check-in and again when I requested another room. She huffed and puffed and said most of the rooms had been painted... ended up sharing a king with my teenage daughter. We would have preferred doubles but needed a good night's sleep after traveling 10 hours that day. I will not stop here again.

The Hampton Inn in Little Rock was absolutely wonderful, it was right in the middle of everything. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the lobby was beautiful with the always lit fireplace. I found that the continental breakfast was superb for a fairly reasonable hotel. It had everything you could want for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again!

After a long week of traveling, this was a nice place to kick back and relax. It was easy to find, right off the major interstates, with plenty of places nearby to grab a snack or a meal. (P.F Changs is close by) Reliable high speed internet in the room, and a nice business center in the lobby. The staff was very pleasant, the room was spotless and not too overly scented from air sprays (didn't realize how bad they were until this trip!).
The lobby on this hotel was very pleasant. It was quiet and relaxing, which is not always the case. I know this isn't usually a consideration, but it would be a nice place for a quick meeting over coffee, if necessary. -

This was a very nice hotel, clean with very comfortable beds and pillows that I wanted to take home with me! I am a stickler for clean rooms and this one satisfied me completely. the breakfast selection was great and serving fresh Krispy Kremes from the shop next door was a big hit with my kids (OK, I ate one too!) We'll definitely stay again.
