We did not have a veiw of the MS River, but the hotel is located directly across the street from the Visitors Center which proved to be very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. the location was right off the freeway and east to access. The Hampton provides a good breakfast, and coffee is available all day. We enjoyed our stay there, and would stay there again. We were tourists, and did not need business facilities. We are also seniors, and did not use the fitness center.

The hotel and the rooms were nice but the staff were wonderful they went out of their way to accommodate me and my family and we appreciate that, it wasn't just house keeping or the front desk it was everyone there even the people who prepared the complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to any one who visits Natchez, there is no question we will stay there again.

The hotel is fairly new and the room was nice. However, our toilet stopped up and the front desk had me come down and get a plunger to unstop it. They would not come up to do it themselves. Also there was hot water in the sink, but there wasn't in the shower. A cold shower isn't too pleasant in the morning. I probably would not stay there again.

We just returned from a week trip to mississipi and louisiana to primarily vist historic sites. Stayed in Natchez for two nights. this hotel pretty much spoiled the rest of the trip. It was so much better than anything we stayed at elsewhere on the trip. Beautiful clean and quiet room. Good internet connection and a pretty good breakfast to get you day started. It really spoiled us. The hotel is right across the street from the Natchez visitors center and is a must first stop. While you could walk to downtown from the hotel it could be a little too far for some. Lots of places to visit. I highly suggest Melrose Plantation. Its a state park is in a more original condition than many of the other great house/mansions in town. Longwood is another highly unusual house thats worth a visit as well. great restaurants in town as well. We liked the King's Inn which is downtown and in a late 1700's tavern that has retained most of its character and resident ghost!

My husband and I snuck off from the world and spent a weekend at Hampton Inn and Suites in Natchez, Ms. The bed was more comfortable than the one I have at home. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be happy to work there. We were on the 4th floor and had a gorgeous view of the Mississppi River. In 15 years we have stayed in almost every hotel and some of the B&B's in Natchez and have never been so impressed with a staff or a hotel, even some of the Bed and Breafast could learn alot from Hampton the customer service, it was definately sensational. We were so impressed, instead of a yearly visit, we will be going back in the fall. Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend
