  Got charged $ for smoking in the room which DID NOT happen. Called and asked what the fee was for and was told that the maid reported it and that was it and there was nothing I could do about it. So I am not a smoker and now have to pay $ on top of what I paid for the room. The charge didn't show up for a couple days afterwards so watch your account! Do not stay there!

  The hotel was okay, but nothing special. it has a pool, but it's a little outdated and dreary looking. the shower head in the room didn't work very ...

  The hotel was okay, but nothing special. It has a pool, but it's a little outdated and dreary looking. The shower head in the room didn't work very well and the bottom of the tub was very slippery. The hairdryer was broken and I had to call the front desk to get a new one. However, the staff was friendly.

  I reserved a room with a microwave and fridge, I also asked for a smoking room. They put me in a room without the microwave or fridge, it was non-smoking and the room was not clean. This is the worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed at and I've stayed at many, many of them. I would rather sleep in my car than to ever stay at this Hampton. The staff was not friendly and made me feel like I was intruding on them when I requested clean sheets since the ones that were on the bed had stains and clearly had not been changed from the previous guest. I would never reccommend this hotel. I have however stayed at other Hampton Inn's that were wonderful. Steer clear of the Scottsbluff Hampton Inn and you'll be OK.

  This hotel is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The staff was tremendous! Doing anything to make you comfortable and happy. Breakfast was wonderful. The bed was soo amazing! When i got home i actually had to go buy my own bed taht resembled the ones at the hampton! Everyone was so curtious. Prices were superb! Definately got my moneys worth!

• Wonderful stay

  We had a great stay at this hotel. room was very spacious. the bed was extremely comfy and the room/bathroom were very clean. excellent breakfast.
