My family and I were on vacation and we were long ways from home and we decided to stop and rest for the night and we always stay at the Hampton inn, so we found the Hampton Inn, it was little hard to find but we were glad we stayed at the particular Hampton inn because we felt like home as soon as we walk in the front desk girl was so friendly and so helpful getting us checked in so fast and then after we got in the room we want it to go out to eat so we told her our preference and my god she knew exactly where to send us, she also called and made reservation for us at the restaurant we wanted to go. The rooms were beautiful and clean. When we got back from the restaurant we wanted water so the front desk girl brought us couple of bottles of water to our room. In the morning the breakfast was so good, because scramble eggs are my favorite and that made my day. This hotel was one of the far best that we have ever stayed in. This is why I like staying at the Hampton Inn’s and I would defiantly come back to this hotel any given day and it felt like home away from home.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and didnt want to leave. The third morning when I came down for breakfast the attendant greeted me a cup of juice and a choclate-chip muffin. Thats all I ever eat usually for breakfast and had mentioned that to the breakfast attandant the day prior. It made me feel like the only customer in the hotel. Moving on, the rooms were very clean and the location is perfect for my needs. Absolutely Fabulous Staff!!

Stayed at this hotel on our way to Ft. Myers...it was very reasonably priced and the service was outstanding. The desk clerk went out of her way to find a good seafood restaurant and make reservations for us. Breakfast in the morning wasn't the typical cereal and toast. They served sausage and eggs, which you don't normally get. The rooms are all new and clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only problem is that it's a little hard to find and there aren't a lot of signs.

The price is right here but that's about all. The rooms are clean but there is a mess in the hallway that you would expect with renovations. I arrived about midnite to find that the heat didn't work in my room and it was below freezing outside; the suggestion from the front desk was to turn it on. Since it was late and my daughter had to arrive early, we just bedded down for the night. True enough once I was adamant the next morning about the heat not working, a repairman quickly was sent to our room and within two hours he had changed out the whole unit. The worst part about this stay, however, is the housekeeping staff. In spite of do not disturb signs, they knock loudly on the door with a yell of housekeeping and do the same on every door up and down the hall. Once they are done with that, they then begin to yell to each other from room to room while they are cleaning! This is definitely not the place to come if you want to sleep late. Other than that, there is a clear fire hazard on the 2nd floor as there are roll away cots pushed there, blocking the vending machines.

The cafeteria abounds with hot and cold foods sprinkled with coffee, juices, and tea. Ambiance is warm and mood-uplifting. Personnel friendly and accommodating. Room service prompt and quick when requested. The computer room is user-friendly without long wait for your turn. You print copies promptly. The perks are there for you to enjoy. In the evening, you munch the home-made delicious cookies. Slowly, hotel guests gather in the dining area to exchange pleasantries and hellos. This friendly hotel is the meeting point, birthplace and melting pot of new friendship. You check out with the longing to come back someday without hesitation for you have found a home away from home.
