  Just needed a hotel for the night while passing through. Staff was friendly and helpful as we arrived later in the evening. Pool was closed early so the kids were not able to us the facilities. Our room was clean but small. Light near the beds had a burned out bulb. Need to keep door closed in shower or will set off fire alarm. Beds were hard and I suggest you bring your own pillow. A hot breakfast was included, but my waffle was cold. Would try another place next time.

  I was pleasantly surprised that they offered a free HOT breakfast instead of the cheap continentals most hotels offer. Overall, service was excellent. The servers were very friendly and all meals were delicious. The Sunday buffet was amazing!! We were in the newer section of the hotel so our room was very nice. Overall, a good place to stay while visiting. Cranbrook sure has lots to do!

  Stayed at the heritage inn while passing thru town. great stay--nice rooms, awesome food, quiet and relaxing stay!
