Who is writing these reviews? This place is a dump. I am a Marriott platnum member and generally stay in marriotts but not this one. This is an old hotel built in 1975 and has not been updated. Beds, are you kidding The rooms are very small. The pool is small and indoors. Indoor pools are for canadian hotels. I moved to the Hilton the rooms were twice as big, new beds, outdoor pools, yes outdoor chilled salt water pools. The price was a few Go to the Hilton......

The Renaissance is super luxury and a super bargain for the $* a night I paid. The staff are extremely attentive and no detail is left out, from the doorman, Bell Hop, extra towels and chocolates at night. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the bed sheets feel like silk. I was sleep deprived after getting her from the other place and with this bed, sheets and wonderfully soft down pillows, all I wanted to do was lay in bed and sleep. Unfortunately I had to go to work. The fitness center is superb and the pool is large enough to get good exercise swimming laps. I am sure there are more wonderful things about this Hotel that I have not experienced with. Bottom line, while in Tel Aviv, stay at the Renaissance. You won't be sorry.

this was the 4th time i stayed here. ask for a jaffa view in your room.. it is not the ritz but a great place to stay in tel aviv. good location right on the beach-- ten minute walk to dizengoff- fifteen minutes to carmel market-- fifteen to fashion district-- 20 minute car ride to airport. safe hotel with good security at front door-- good hotel 4 holidays-- enjoyed breakfast buffet.
