The hotel kept running out of towels and wash cloths, the carpets were very dirty, holes were in the walls and when the towels and wash cloths became available they were very dingy. I never plan to stay there again. The hotel needs renovations and the paking lots were full of holes.

Lobby looks nice and our room wasn't that bad in all honesty. What they don't mention is they have "full time" residents that pay by the month. This not only means people in and out all the time but there was a strong odor of smoke in the hallways! There were also visitors to the other residents that were not even staying at the hotel! Amenities and appliances were outdated and in my opinion the business was poorly managed for guests. It was an uncomfortable stay to say the least. I would never stay there again and could not in good conscious recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, safe room.

My friend and I spent a wonderful two days staying at the Crestwood Suite Durham as part of a package deal with Travelocity and Continental Airlines. the room was very nice, and the feature of having cooking facilites was most enjoyable. Having TV in both rooms(Bedroom and Living) was niice as the relaxing could be done in either room. The staff was very friendly and what we most appreciated was how quiet the surroundings were; even though we were so close to main road and shopping centers. Most enjoyable weekend !

I recently stayed at this hotel because it was a last minute deal on Travel website. Although there was ample parking and the front desk staff was friendly ;allowed us to check-in early;, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was minimal. The hallway and room smells like rotten seafood mixed with heavy cleaning detergents. All of the furniture in the one-bedroom suite was old and dirty-looking ;stains and spots&; so we didn't use any of it. During our stay, there was no room service. However, we did manage to get additional soaps and new towels when requested from the front desk. The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell and the carpet looked dirty. The floor around the toilet had rusty-looking stains and the tub didn't look clean. The only good thing was the location, which was near convenience stores and restaurants and major highways. We didn't use any of the appliance in the kitchen. Three nights were enough for us. I don't recommend staying here at all.

This hotel was in a good location, and the room set up was nice. On the negative side, the shower curtain had mildew on it, and someone had obviously killed bugs on the walls, but they were not cleaned off. That was kind of gross. Ther was also mildew on the inside of the hall closet door. I think more attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of the room. The stay served its purpose for me, but I would not bring my family back to this hotel.
