  When we arrived, hotel computers were down...we had to wait until 6 PM for both of our rooms together, and despite requests for rooms together they were not. We asked to be moved to rooms together and were guaranteed we could be moved to rooms of same quality...but were moved to rooms with no balcony and windows that wouldn't open. Staff did upgrade one room and provide two bottles of wine to makeup for troubles. Had to wait 4 hours for extra wash cloths. No drinks or snacks available on the beach. Construction next door can be a problem if you want to sleep in. And to top it all off, we were charged for a room (when bill was paid in full in advance). Still trying to get someone from accounting to call me back on that one. Shame...hotel is very nice (suite 811 is great) and staff tried very hard to accomodate.

  The staff went out of their way to make everything perfect for our anniversary weekend including bringing the flowers to the room and gave us an extended check out since our flight was late Sunday night. They always had a most pleasant greeting and tried to rush to the door to open it for us. Just a great weekend escape. Great Location.

  I stay in this hotel everytime I come to Miami. If you are looking for a luxury boutique hotel that is on the beach, this is for you. You can walk to all the south beach restaurants and clubs making a car not necessary.

  Stayed at the Bentley Beach last week, it is outstanding. We had a jr suite but found it roomy. room came with flat screen and surround sound. staff and manager was excellent. When we first got there, we went to the Bentley downtown, the manager drove us to the Bentley beach without any hesitation! I highly recommend it.
