Buckeye weekend
09/28/2010Excellent stay in every area. room great, room service was fast and very good food. convenient to shopping, great restaurants, and a quick jaunt to buckeye game.

My husband and I chose this hotel to stay at while we were in Columbus for our anniversary. We were told internet was free with our room only to find out it is $* a day. Our sheets were dirty and the phone didn't work. For the money we paid for this hotel and the reputation they hold, this was a terrible stay and we will not back back. If you choose to stay here I hight reccomend checking the sheets before you crawl under the covers. We were also told there was a continental breakfest... again not true. $*later we would have much rather have gone to a resturant instead of overpaying for toast and OJ.

The hotel is FABULOUS. Check-in was fast and friendly, rooms were clean, comfortable beds, quiet. We were there on a Sat. and Sun. night. We couldn't come up with one complaint if we tried. I haven't had a day off in months and truly needed a nearby get-away and a soak in a tub. :) When we arrived, I realized our room only had a shower. We requested to change and they moved us to another room within minutes and without any hassle what-so-ever. It was my mistake - I booked it very quickly and did not take the time to read the room description. We moved to a Queen rm instead of a King and that was fine also. The proximity to Polaris shopping center and restaurants is perfect and a leisurly walk.

Nice and very comfortable hotel. Close to many places to eat and things to do. Employee's were very friendly and helpful. We had a short stay but everything was as good as advertised and we will be back.
