Ive stayed at this hotel on three occasions for several days and find it to suit my needs. - Outstanding bedding. Ive stayed in both deluxe and regular king rooms and the bed comforters sheets and down pillows are simply wonderful. Incredible comfort to the point where you dont want to get out of bed. - Downtown location with handy shuttle service that will take you just about anywhere. The only snag is that they put up flight crews so the shuttle is often busy with the very long drive to airport and back. But theyll do anything they can for you if available. - Very nice business center with all supplies good workstations printers etc. I dont travel with a laptop so this was very slick to do a pre-flight check in for my return flight.. Their computers have a link on the main page that takes you directly to airline pre-flight check in pages. and social networking sites so you can check up on them. Very handy. - Room service is good especially from their steak restaurant. Pricey and they charge an automatic gratuityon your bill yet you still have to tip the server but food is generous and outstanding and service very good. Convenient parking garage across street connected by sky bridge if youre driving. But big hassle as garage charges a daily fee and you have to fiddle around getting card stamped at front desk before you leave or get charged again when you return. Not a good situation However I left in the evenings to go out to dinner and forgot the card routine and there was no one at the garage to check so wasnt charged extra. I experienced a few housekeeping issues during my stays but not too serious.

Not very nice. Dirty, there was hair in our bathroom - not ours and there was crud on the floors through out the room. One of the worst places I have stayed in a very long time. And Not Cheap. Try some place else.

The online description notes that the hotel has a hot tub and a piano bar, which were the two main reasons for my booking a 10 day extended stay there. Upon arrival, it had neither, and the concierge said that it used to have them, but the description had never been updated.
