Q Casino (formerly Dubuque Greyhound Park & Casino and Mystique) is located at 1855 Greyhound Park Road in Dubuque, Iowa. The casino is owned by the city and managed by a wholly owned subsidiary of Boyd Gaming. Q Casino shares a gaming license with the Diamond Jo Casino, a smaller casino in Dubuque. The greyhound park opened in 1985 and is still active today. Slots were added  ten years later. After 20 years as a gambling venue in Dubuque, the casino was expanded three-fold to it's current size in 2005 and table games were added. A Hilton Hotel opened next door that year as well.

Today visitors can play on about 1,000 slots and 22 gaming tables featuring the Vegas classics like craps, blackjack, and roulette among other games. The poker room opened the same year the casino expanded and offers cash games as well as tournaments. Visitors must be 21 to gamble..

Entertainment is provided at The Cabaret, Champagne steakhouse, and TPC Sports Bar. Dining options include restaurants. delis, and snack bars in the casino and in the hotel.
