My mother and I enjoyed our stay. We were in Orlando to see my daughter dance at the UDA College Dance Nationals. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and we had an excellent hotel experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The pros: The hotel desk staff was outstanding.The beds were SUPER! It is close to everything. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Check out the Crab House!! The cons: I thought I had ordered a nonsmoking room but there was no such category when I booked the room and the room smelled very smoky The other negative was that we were four people in the room and we requested of the room service to please leave 4 towels as we had only 3 when we got in the room. That never happened either! . I would recommend they take the drapes down occasionally and have them sprayed with Febreeze or OdoBan or something to get the smoke smell out of them. It would be nice if they had a continental breakfast.

Have no complaints at all!! Everything about the hotel was GREAT! The bed was super comfortabe, I just felt that the sheets smelled a bit too much of chlorine, maybe some fabric softener would help :)...The parking was free, so was the internet and wi-fi. Great pool area and exceptional continental breakfast at a great price!! EXCELLENT overall experince and service!!

This hotel was awesome. From the beginning the hotel staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to get an early check-in. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I read a bunch of reviews on hotels with kitchenettes and brought nonsense items (dish soap, sponge, etc). To my surprise the room was equipped with everything. The flat screen TV and DVD player were nice features. Housekeeping was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to singles, couples, & families. There is something for everyone.
