  We picked this hotel because it was very close to shopping and that was the reason we went. We thought the room was very nice and affordable. However, at midnight, kids starting running up and down the halls and were very loud. This continued until 3:30 am. We called at 2 and the clerk said that he had received several other complaints and that the problem should stop. At 3:30, we decided to pack up and leave and when we checked out, we had to stand at the front desk for 15 minutes because the clerk had fallen asleep in the back. He then joked about how tired he was and how he was able to sleep just fine on his couch. He apologized for the kids and said they received over a dozen complaints. How many complaints do you need to make before the kids are kicked out and your 15 other guests are accomodated? He did make us some coffee before we left, which we needed (we had a 3 1/2 hour drive ahead of us). If I could be guaranteed a peaceful night of sleep, I may stay there again, but I don't think I can get that.

  Staff was nice, booked non-smoking room, exited elevator on 5th floor, found burnt out cig with ash on foyer table at 9pm, still there when we checked out at ...

  staff was nice, booked non-smoking room, exited elevator on 5th floor, found burnt out cig with ash on foyer table at 9pm, still there when we checked out at 11am. Breakfast was cooked by a new cook who salted everything too much. Need more rolling carts, a wedding party bogarted them both and I had to make 4 trips to load luggage for the 6 in my party... others were women and handicapped.
