I stayed at the hotel with 2 other colleagues and the hotel was a great value. Room and hotel was clean..the staff was extremely friendly and helpful(even helped print directions to the office). Very nice hot buffet in the morning.

Stayed for a night to do a campus visit at Duke. It was mid-summer and the hotel seemed very nearly empty. But the staff was all quite hospitable and courteous. Business center was in shambles, though; was unable to print directions or boarding passes.

This hotel was clean, the staff pleasant. We stayed over Christmas Holiday and it was decorated, the room was clean, the amenities nice and our room was always cleaned and refreshed. The train went by once in the day but I never heard it at night. We were on the 6th floor but maybe this helped. My husband used the fitness room which was adequate and we had fresh coffee every morning. We booked throught the secret value and got an unbelievable price. We were there for a week and I would go back

Hotel lists a pool as an amenity (which was important to me). Closed for the season when I arrived. Also one of the phones in my room didn't work. Two lights in my room were out. This place provided just a basic roof over my head and nothing else. No reason to make me go back...and a few reasons not to. Not elegant by any mean. Kind of run down actually. Location was good. That's about the only compliment I can give the place.
